  • Payments can be made via secure payment gateways or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • In case of payment failure or chargeback disputes, we may pause shipment until verification is complete.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, weather, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Damaged, defective, wrong, or near-expiry items are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
