We take great pride in the quality and safety of our skincare products. Each batch is carefully formulated, dermatologically tested, and packed with utmost hygiene. However, if you experience any issue with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
We gladly offer replacements or refunds under the following valid conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or leaking product.
- You received a wrong item or incorrect quantity.
- The product was expired or near expiry at the time of delivery.
Eligibility requirements:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue (outer packaging + product).
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as per your preference.
2. Refund Process
After your claim is approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days via your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 working days to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a bank transfer or UPI refund after verification.
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, only if they haven’t been packed or shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- For successful cancellations before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during Sale, Combo, or Offer periods.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

- Include your order number, photos/videos, and a brief description of the issue. Our customer care team will respond within 24–48 hours.
6. Shipping Costs
- If your return is approved due to our error (damaged/wrong/defective product), we will bear the full shipping cost.
- For other non-eligible cases, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
