This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders placed on www.cobskin.in.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • During promotional/festive periods, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other cities/towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to location, courier efficiency, weather, or other unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Partners

We ship via trusted courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, through aggregators like Shiprocket). Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

4. Shipping Charges

  • No shipping charges on all prepaid orders. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when prepaid is selected.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional fee of ₹59, depending on PIN code and courier availability.
  • For low-value COD orders (e.g., below ₹499), standard handling charges may apply.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only for eligible PIN codes.
  • Please ensure accurate address and contact details for smooth delivery.
  • Repeated refusals of COD parcels may lead to restrictions on future COD orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details. Track via the provided link or the courier’s website. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, contact care@cobskin.com.

7. Damaged, Leaking, or Missing Items

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and product(s).
  2. Email them to care@cobskin.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon; follow our website and social channels for updates.

9. Address Errors or Failed Deliveries

  • Ensure your address, phone number, and PIN code are correct when placing the order.
  • Parcels returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or unreachable contact may incur re-shipping charges.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude the original COD/handling fees.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

Cobskin is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, lockdowns, transport strikes, government restrictions, or courier-network issues. We will assist you in tracking your shipment until delivery.
